Rendering World Class Public Service.

(Photos was taken during the launching of websites of the 25 Barangays under the Barangay On-line program coinciding to the Barangay Week-Assembly Meeting of the City Government of Balanga led by Mayor Joet, Vice Noel, SP Members and with the respective Barangay Chairman of the 25 Barangays)

Allow me to give you some glimpses on how I came to the path of government service. Way back 1998, I was working as a Secondary Public School Teacher in Tirona HS, Kawit Cavite. I am a teacher by profession and finished my Masters degree in education but opted to shift to the challenging world of public service in local government. I was placed in local government service with the help of my sibling's good friend. The man who is now one of the country's best legislators also serves as my mentor. I owe to him where I am now. My sincere love and respect for this man is immeasurable. I can't even imagine myself sitting in an executive chair and handling techie personnel.

Being in this field of government service has really developed my professionalism at work and service to people. As the years passed, I learned to craft my personal road map, one of this is to make a difference in the lives of the people I served with great pride and honor, with vision to become a world-class servant leader; proactively reinventing myself to meet the demands of the people I serve with and strive to become the best in everything that I accomplish.

However, it is not easy to be in this field. You have to cope with the diverse effects of its changes in terms of politics and professionalism in order to survive. Your heart must be in it for you to be able to endure sacrifices, not only for yourself, but for the welfare of the people you serve.

I hope to broaden my horizon in the field of public service. With the support of my very energetic & workaholic world-class superior Mayor Joet Garcia and equally hardworking office personnel, I'm sure that hand in hand, we can make it to the top. I'm a person who wants to experience a more challenging role. While everything changes including our needs, I believe in giving myself more chances to work with people who have global vision to serve and protect the interest of the needy. I assume it is everybody's common goal. With the Lords guidance, i will forever remain a public servant.
